Age Group Swimming

AGS is for beginners who want to build on their skill set to become confident swimmers. Personal survival and lifesaving skills are also a core feature of the AGS. The program is designed to teach your child to swim in a positive, safe, and caring environment. We recognize that each child is an individual with different emotional and developmental abilities and we cater each lesson to those needs.

Freestyle Fundamentals

Learn the basics of freestyle while improving your efficiency in the water!  Our Freestyle FUNdamentals class is for novice to intermediate swimmers; perfect

for triathletes, swimrunners and recreational swimmers looking to improve their skills!

Whether you want to learn how to swim, become a better swimmer, prepare yourself for your first triathlon or SwimRun, our One-on-One program tailors a training plan adapted to your level and objectives. This setting will allow you to learn skills that builds confidence in your abilities,and receive constructive and positive feedback.

Fun-Fit

FUN-Fitness is a program with a holistic approach to the health and wellness of young people from age 6. The fun-packed program helps children build self-confidence and self-esteem. It offers something for everyone; from fundamental movement skills and fundamental sports skills, moving with confidence and competence in a variety of activities. FUN-FIT provides children with the tools they need to become healthy, active and happy adults, in a positive and accepting atmosphere. It’s design to empower the next generation to develop good habits for life.

Junior Life Guard

It is a survival and rescue training program that has been specifically created for young people aged from 8 years. The fun-packed program offers something for everyone; from lifeguarding skills and first aid, to boogie boarding, ocean awareness, distance, sports skills and health and wellbeing. JLA learners can develop new skills beyond the traditional learn to swim program, and experience a myriad of different aquatic, lifesaving, sports and first aid activities.

Aqua Bootcamp

This cross training of high-intensity, low-impact class is designed to help you reach your fitness goals! Exercises are performed in both shallow and deep water, but no swimming skills are needed to participate. Thanks to the buoyancy of water, you’ll be strengthening your muscles and improving your cardiovascular fitness without subjecting your body to additional wear and tear‘. Aqua Bootcamp is fantastic for anyone wanting low-impact cross-training and for athletes recovering from injury.
